Rules and Regulations for Online Meal Ordering

Registration and Account Creation

• Create an online account: Before ordering meals online, parents must create an account on the school cafeteria management platform. It is important to provide complete and accurate student information (name, class, student ID).

Meal Ordering

• Meal Selection: Once your account is created, you can access the weekly or monthly menu and select meals for each day of the week. Meals must be reserved in advance.

• Special Meal Options: If your child has special dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, etc.), you must select these options when ordering.

• Order Deadline: Meals must be ordered by the deadline set by the school, usually 48 hours in advance. After this deadline, it will not be possible to reserve meals for that period.

Payment of meals

• Payment methods: Meal payments are made exclusively online via the dedicated platform. Options include:

• • E-wallet: You can buy an E-wallet from our website and use that E-wallet for your purchases.

• • Juice app: Some establishments also offer payment via the Juice app for added convenience.

• • Online credit card: A credit card payment option is also available on the platform.

• Payment Confirmation: Once payment has been made, a confirmation will be sent to you by email or on the Platform to let you know that your order has been validated.

Cancellation or Modification of Orders

• Annulation de repas : Si un repas doit être annulé, il faut le faire au moins 48 heures à l'avance via la plateforme en ligne. Passé ce délai, le repas sera facturé même s'il n'est pas consommé.

• Modification des commandes : Les modifications (par exemple, changement de régime alimentaire ou de jour de réservation) peuvent être effectuées directement sur la plateforme, selon les règles de l'école. Toute modification doit être faite avant la date limite de commande.
